HOW IT WORKS

1. BOOK A CALL
Each package starts with a 30 minute discussion with a THB coach. Initially, to work out the what you would like in your package then to outline the goal, your current level, your time availability and anything else that affects you reaching your goal.

2. TAILOR MADE PROGRAM DESIGNED
By using the information attained in the discussion, the coach will create the perfect personalised training plan. The training plan will be provided on Training Peaks.

3. TRAIN WITH CONFIDENCE
Follow the training plan with full confidence knowing it has been designed for you and for you to reach your goal.
